Suite 22 is an elegant, and prestigious apartment situated in a beautiful and historical building in Florence. The apartment is located near craftsmen and art shops, a ten minute walk from the churches of Santo Spirito and Santa Maria of the Carmine with the famous Brancacci chapel.
This apartment has frescoed, kitchen with dining area with table and four chairs, loft bedroom, bathroom in valuable marble with shower. All in classic Florentine style with beams, pavement in terracotta.

Completely and tastefully restored in 2006 with terracotta floors, wooden beams and wrought iron, the apartment includes an entrance hall, a cosy and large living room with a sofa-bed, a fully-equipped kitchen, a loft with a king size bed and a private bathroom with shower. It can comfortably sleep up to 2 guests.
The apartment offers a full range of modern facilities such as air conditioning, heating, TV, fridge with small freezer, microwave, dishes, pots & pans, glasses & cutlery, coffee maker and a washing machine.

To finally confirm your reservation you have to make in
advance a bank deposit of 30% of total amount.
In case of no show or late cancellation, the cost of the
total amount of the stay will be charged on your credit
card. However, you will be given a reservation voucher
valid for 5 years to stay in any lodging in any season.
