The Zeffirelli self-catering apartment features a large living/dining room with two balconies overlooking the street, a bedroom with a third balcony, a separate fully equipped kitchen, a fully fitted bathroom with shower and a spacious terrace with table and chairs.

PLEASE NOTE: On your arrival in Madrid, call us on (+34) 912 77 19 77, or our UK phone number (+44) 0871 284 1540, in order to agree a check-in time. If travelling by plane, please call once you have collected your luggage. At the time agreed on the phone a member of our staff will be waiting for you at the entrance to the apartment. This time must be at least 30-45 minutes after the call to give our staff enough time to travel to the apartment.The sum of the deposit, cleaning fee (and late check-in fee if applicable), plus the remaining balance of the booking, must be paid IN CASH upon check-in in order to receive the keys to the apartment.
Taxes, towels, electricity/gas/water charges and bed linen are included in the price.
Cleaning fee: €40
Check-in/out: arrival after 15:00, departure before 11:00
Refundable deposit: €200 (will be returned upon departure subject to no damage)
Check-in is permitted from 15:00 to 20:00. Check-in may be possible until 02:00, but for this a late check-in charge of €30 will be levied.

Under no circumstances shall All Seasons Rent Apartments reimburse
the 25% prepayment when the booking is cancelled, as this acts as the
cancellation charge. If the full rental price is paid in advance, 50% of the
full rental price will be reimbursed if cancellation is made in writing (via
e-mail) at least 30 days before the check-in date. No reimbursement will
be made otherwise.The abovementioned cancellation terms shall apply
in all cases, including cases of force majeure or otherw
