Located on 49th Street, between 9th and 10th Avenue in Midtown West Manhattan, this New York apartment is a few steps from the Broadway Theater District, close to the Jacob Javits Center, and just off Times Square. A multitude of entertainment venues are nearby, including a wide range of Broadway and off-Broadway musicals and plays, as well as countless movie theaters.
This neighborhood has everything New York can offer, including three health clubs, several wine and gourmet food stores, numerous bars and clubs for all interests, and many traditional and ethnic restaurants are all within a short walking radius. This large studio apartment in Midtown West Manhattan measures approximately 400 sq ft (37 m²) and can comfortably sleep up to 4 people. The apartment has original wooden floors and large sunny windows, and the walls are decorated with pictures and paintings.

The studio apartment is equipped with a nice set of towels and sheets, as well as individual climate control, telephone with free local class and cable TV with VCR. The open kitchen is very functional and comes with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a sufficient supply of cooking utensils. The living area has a queen-size Murphy bed (wall bed) and a queen-size sofa bed, a small coffee table, and a glass dining table with seats for four guests. The bathroom features bathtub/shower, sink and toilet.

From JFK international airport take the Van Wyck Expressway to the Grand Central Parkway. Take the Grand Central Parkway West towards the Tri-Borough Bridge. Take the bridge towards Manhattan. Take the FDR Drive ramps and merge onto FDR Drive South. Take Exit number 8 towards the Midtown Tunnel (I-495 East/34th Street). Merge onto FDR Drive service road West, and then turn right onto the East 34th Street Exit. Continue traveling straight ahead and turn right onto 34th Street. Follow along until you reach W 49th Street and turn right onto 9th Ave. The property is located on W 49th Street between 9th and 10th Avenue.

By train
From Pennsylvania Station take the red subway line (1,2,3,9) until 50th Street. Then walk one block south on Broadway until you reach 49th Street. Another option is to take the Air Train Jfk till the Jamaica subway stop. The blue line (E) of the underground will take you till 50th Street on 8th Avenue, only four blocks from the apartment complex.
