This New York apartment is centrally located in Manhattan's Midtown East district, on East 35th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues. The area surrounding the property offers a wide choice of attractions such as the Empire State Building, the Madison Square Garden, the School of Visual Arts, the Fashion Institute of Technology, NYU Medical Center, as well as the Garment and Toy District.

Upscale shopping at Macy's, Bloomingdale's or Saks department stores on Fifth Avenue are also only a few blocks away, and fine restaurants and trendy bars are abundant in the area as well.

The Direct Loft at 35th Street offers short & long term apartment rentals in Manhattan, providing an ideal accommodation solution for both leisure and business travelers in New York City.

At the Staten Island(I-278 W) sign follow the motorway Brooklyn Queens Expy E for 1.4 km. At the Northern Blvd sign follow the motorway I-278 for 4 km. At the Li Expwy/Midtown Tun/Eastern Li(I-495)/Greenpoint Ave follow the motorway I-495 for 5 km. Then at the 34 St/Downtown/35 St/38-40 Sts/37 St sign turn right, follow Queens Midtown Tunnel Exit, then turn right onto E 35th Street where the property is located.

Soon after confirmation you will receive the Direct Loft Voucher with general information and information on how to retrieve your key. Cancellations after 90 days to arrival will incur in 1 night penalty Cancellations after 45 days to arrival will incur in 2 night penalty Cancellations 7 days prior to arrival will incur 50% of total. No shows will be charged the penalty of 50% of the total plus tax.
