The Accommodation Verdetecnica apartment, recently converted in comfortable and welcoming apartments, is located on the hill of Sciacca on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, an ancient and peaceful town with thermal baths and fishing port, rich in archaeological sites, the ideal position to explore the Greek temples of Agrigento, Selinunte and Segesta.

Restaurants, bars, pubs, cinemas and supermarkets are located in the immediate proximity of the apartments. Fine rocky or sandy beaches are situated only 4 km away.

Ideal for couples and families the Accommodation Verdetecnica apartment welcomes guests in cosy spaces furnished with high quality comforts. The owners Salvatore and Pascale live next door and will be happy to help you with all information and suggestions about Sciacca and its fabulous surroundings.

On arrival, guests will find a welcome basket with coffee, tea, milk, juice, butter, jam, honey, bread, cheese and eggs, as well as the delicious home-made biological extra virgin olive oil.

Internet Point, CD, DVD and book libraries are situated in the owner house and are at guests' disposal to enjoy relaxing and pleasant moments.

For younger guests an outdoor fully equipped play area is available. Five bicycles can be used free of charge to make strolls immersed in the nature.

The Accommodation Verdetecnica gladly welcomes pets and dogs.

The Accommodation Verdetecnica offers 8 apartments (Studio Amelie, Casa Alice, Casa Angelika, Casa Monika, Casa Arianna, Casa Praga, Casa Pauline and Casa Lucchese ), each featuring wood ceilings, ceramic tile floors and exposed beams. All accommodations feature central heating, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, satellite TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi stereo and hairdryer in the bathrooms.

Ample parking spaces, a completely equipped laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities, as well as bed linen and towels are also provided.

Two baby cots and one high chair are available on request.

如何前往酒店

By car
From Palermo on the A29 highway follow the indications to Mazara del Vallo and exit at Castelvetrano. From there follow the signs to Sciacca on SS115. Arrived in Sciacca continue on Via Cappuccini and at the first traffic light turn left and at the and of the street at the traffic light of Via Giotto, follow Via De Gasperi that become via Monte Kronio. The hotel is located at the number 22.

From Catania on the A19 highway in direction of Palermo and exit at Caltanissetta following the indications to Agrigento-Porto Empedocle. Follow the road SS115 in direction of Sciacca. Ignore the first exit to Sciacca, take the second exit, just after the tunnel and turn right. Proceed on Via Giotto, turn left at the traffic lights in Via De Gasperi which become Via Monte Kronio. The hotel is located at the number 22.

The Casa Alice apartment is 55 square meters, can welcome 3 persons and features on the ground floor an entrance from the terrace that leads to the kitchen-lounge and dining area and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
On the upstairs guests will find a double bedroom with wardrobe, an ample mezzanine/living room with a traditional alcove with one single bed.
The enclosed terrace is 20 square meters in size and comes with patio furniture.

取消条款

Visa card information needed. 20% deposit required. On receipt of notice of cancellation, all efforts will be made to re-let the apartment / house for the period of the booking. If successful all monies paid less an administration charge of 50 Euro will be forwarded to the Client. If unsuccessful then all monies paid by the Client shall be forfeit. It is strongly recommended that Clients take out cancellation insurance.
