The apartment is available between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. of the arrival day. At the agreed time, a hostess will wait (no more than 30 minutes) for guests at the nearest public water bus stop, Sant'Angelo (line 1), to provide them with the keys and any useful information.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartment not later than 10 a.m.
Please note: later/earlier check-ins can be arranged subject to availability and for an extra fee: for arrivals between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.: €30,00; for arrivals between 10 p.m. and 1 a.m.: €40,00; for arrivals from 1 a.m. until 7 a.m.: €70,00.
