The Lincoln House Hotel is a charming Georgian bed & breakfast hotel where we strive to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable stay in London.
Rooms are en-suite (shower, toilet & handbasin) and offer satellite TV, direct dial telephone, hair dryer, trouser press and an unlimited supply of tea & coffee at no extra charge. Larger rooms are also equipped with a silent fridge.
We offer Free Internet access to all guests and all our rooms have free Internet wireless access.

Here are descriptions of our room types: all rooms are en suite (shower, toilet & basin in the room).
Single (budget) - room (approx 7 square metres) with one single bed for one person.
Single (plus) - room (approx 10 square metres) with small double bed for single occupancy, slightly larger room.
Double (budget) - room (approx 10 square metres) with small double bed for 2 people (4ft/125cm wide).
Double (standard) - room (approx 10 square metres) with normal size double bed for 2 people (4ft 6 ins/140 cm wide).
Double (large) - room (approx 18 square metres) with normal size double bed (4ft 6 ins/140 cm wide), 80% more space & silent fridge.
Twin - room (approx 15 square metres) with 2 single beds & silent fridge.
Triple - room (approx 18 square metres) with double bed, single bed & silent fridge.
Family - room (approx 18 square metres) with double bed, single bed, 'pull-out' bed & silent fridge.
