In our building, we offer three apartments, tastefully furnished in deco style, each composed of:
• bedroom with a matrimonial bed, twin or single (extra bed included if necessary)
• an indipendent kitchen area fully equipped
• en-suite private bathroom with shower.

Each apartment has been newly refurbished with the emphasis on comfort and relaxation, as well as grace and style.
All prices are inclusive of:
Morning breakfast or free use of the kitchen.
Bed linen, Bath towels, electricity, air-conditioning/central heating and local taxes.
Babycots available on request.
Reduced rates are applying for clients staying a minumum of a week.
20% deposit is required to make a reservation. The balance is payable on arrival.
Minimum stay 2 nights.

For Casa Fiorita's guests a special discount of 20% to eat at " La Foglia" restaurant in Siracusa( Ortigia)either lunch or dinner.
We also offered mediterranean cuisine courses for amateurs, on request.
