The Riserva dell'Olmo is a farm house in the Roman countryside, 6 km/3.7 miles from the Bracciano Lake, 1.5 km/0.9 miles from supermarkets and 25 km/15.5 miles away from Cerveteri, the famous Etruscan necropolis.
The Riserva dell'Olmo is surrounded by 139 hectares of private land with an olive tree alley, sunflowers and wheat fields. A swimming pool, a pinewood and many relax-areas, equipped with tables and chairs await you.
The property's location will allow you to tour the surroundings areas, characterized by natural beauty, art treasures and excellent enogastronomy. Anguillara, Trevignano, Bracciano and of course Rome, can easily be reached by car.

By car
From the Raccordo Annulare ring road, take the Cassia Bis/Viterbo/Olgiata exit. Continue for about 12 km/7.5 miles, and take the Cesano exit. Follow the sings to Cesano for about 4 km/2.5 miles. At the entrance of Cesano, at the crossroads, turn left and proceed for about 4.5 km/2.8 miles until Via Braccianese. After 300 metres/0.18 miles, turn right onto Via Anguillarese.

Check-in: the apartments are available from 2.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday during high seasons (from June to September). During low seasons, the apartments are available every day from 2.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. Later arrivals, after 8.30 p.m., on Sundays and bank holidays are subject to an extra charge of €25,00.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than 10 a.m.

The shuttle service to Cesano railway station costs €5,00 for 2 people, €9,00 for 3 people and €15,00 for 6 people.
The Shuttle service to Fiumicino airport costs €110,00 per car.

Use of the washing machine costs €5,00 per day.
