Bellavista is regularly renovated. Although officially rated a 2-star hotel, Bellavista prides itself in offering services that are above the set standard, while maintaining competitive room rates. In addition to having a pool, outdoor terraces, a bar (with satellite TV, air conditioning and cybercafe), Bellavista offers its guests billiards and darts and even an enjoyable game of table tennis in the patio.

Hotel Bellavista is situated on the coast where the Mallorcan sun rises, in the lively tourist town of Cala Ratjada. It is ideally located in a picturesque fishing village, just about 200m from a quaint fishing port and only about some hundreds of metres from the commercial centre and night-life of Cala Ratjada. Three beautiful beaches are within easy reach of hotel: Cala Gat, Cala Agulla and Son Moll, each with fine sand, clear water and all facilities.

Hotel guests will be spoilt for choice with the sporting and recreational activities on offer. Hotel offers cars, bikes, quads and bicycles on rent and can arrange excursions to the other side of the island. Hotel offers regular low-price transfers to and from Palma airport.

Bellavista is also ideal for all types of groups. Pets are accepted.

By car

Transfer Airport – Cala Ratjada:
- 1 or 2 persons €15,00 (approx.) for a person one way -
- Taxi: 3 persons €50,00 one way;
- Car Group A approx. €22,00-25,00 per day.
These prices are valid exclusively for guests with a booked stay in Bellavista, that is attached to the arrival and departure dates from Palma airport.
Directions from Palma airport: follow directions to Santañy, then head to Manacor, and then follow signs for Son Servera or Arta. From there look out for signs to Cala Ratjada. Pass the petrol station and continue straight, then follow signs to the Port (Puerto). Continue until you arrive at the turning for Cala Guya (on the left-hand side) and take the fourth turning on the right to arrive at Hotel Bellavista.
