Cancellations or changes to reservations must be notified to the staff of
Alexis Park 48 hours prior to arrival. If a cancellation is within the 48 hour
window period, the 1st night's room/tax deposit will be charged to the
guest. At the time of booking one night plus tax will be charge as a deposit.
