Reservations which are cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival will be charged with 50 % of the total value, 15 - 8 days prior will be charged with 30 % of the total value. All reservations are made according to the Austrian hotel- law in its valid form. So we highly recommend to sign a travelinsurance for the stay. If you let us know we can do that for you.
