Boris Podrecca, the famous architect, redesigned the main square of Leoben, the home of Austria's Mining University, only a few years ago. The beautiful buildings on the square form a harmonious background for the numerous sidewalk cafés. In addition to the beautiful little streets in the centre you should not miss the enormous three-nave church of Leoben. Keep in mind: Leoben is the city, where the famous Gösser beer comes from; inform yourself in the show brewery.
