It was subsequently transformed into a Hotel, and in the years that followed it housed the best clientele who appreciated its delightful position in the heart of the resort, its architectural elegance, its magnificent setting and its typical refined and enchanting atmosphere.

The Grand Palais Excelsior today Skilled restoration has now returned the Palais to its ancient splendour, adapting it into a Residence-Hotel in line with the modern trends of holiday accomodation.

One of the historical reasons for the popularity and fame of Limone Piemonte, of considerable importance, especially for mountain resorts, is that it is extremely accessible by road and rail. Infact Milan is only 240 km away, Turin 110 and Genoa 165, while Sanremo and Nice are only 110 km away, and Montecarlo 90 km.

The town of Cuneo can be reached in only 20 minutes. There are also no less than three airports (Cuneo-Levaldigi, Turin-Caselle, and Nice-Côte d'Azur) that are easily accessible.
