From La Spezia-Viareggio on the highway A12 follow the sign Firenze/Lucca and take the exit Lucca Est. Follow the direction to Abetone and then to Pisa. Drive for about 3 km and you will find the Villa La Principessa hotel on your right hand side in the village called Massa Pisana.

By airplane
From Pisa airport follow the indications to Pisa and then to Lucca. You are driving on the road SS12bis. You will find the Villa La Principessa hotel after 18 km on your left hand side in the village called Massa Pisana.
