By car
From the motorway Zürich/Basel/Bern, exit at Luzern Zentrum and keep the left lane. After the fourth set of traffic lights turn left, following the row of parked cars. At the end turn left keeping the right lane and driving back to the Zürich/Bern/Basel motorway. Before you get to the motorway, you will pass a BP petrol station. Turn right; now you are in the Pfistergasse.
From the motorway Interlaken/Gotthard, exit at Luzern keeping the left lane. Follow the signs to the Zürich/Basel/Bern motorway. Before you get to the motorway, you will pass a BP petrol station. Turn right; now you are in the Pfistergasse.

Guests may leave their car in the public Kesselturm garage, about 100 meters from the hotel, subject to charges.

Use of the Internet corner is not included and costs CHF 5,00 for 20 minutes.
Baby cots for children up to 2 years cost CHF 42,00 a day.
Breakfast is not included in the price and costs CHF 15,00 per person (CHF 20,00 per person starting 01 January, 2008).
