The Star hotel enjoys an excellent position in the historic centre of Milan, few steps from the majestic Duomo cathedral, the prestigious Alla Scala theatre, internationally renown for important concerts and operas, the Poldi Pezzoli Museum, hosting an important Renaissance art collection, and the fashion area with elegant shops and restaurants.

In few minutes on foot or by underground you will reach the main museums, theatres and cafés.

The property is an early 20th century, Art Nouveau building, featuring all the conveniences necessary for a pleasant stay. The bar can provide snacks and sandwiches in the guestrooms until 10 p.m.

Furthemore, the reception desk open 24 hours a day, will be pleased to provide you with all the necessary information on the main events in Milan.

The property will become a non-smoking hotel in 2007.

By car
The hotel is easily reachable by any highway, following the indications to Milano centro.

By train
From the Centrale railway station, guests can take the underground line n.1 or n.3, and get off at the Cordusio or Duomo stop.

By airplane
The hotel is 20 minutes by taxi from the Milano Linate airport and 50 minutes from the Milano Malpensa airport. Buses for both airports depart from the Milano Centrale railway station.
