The property overlooks the sea and is only a 10-minute walk from downtown Rimini, where you can find many important historical monuments and the most trendy shops. The International Fair Trade Center is only 3 km away and can be easily reached by car, bus or taxi.

The property features a bar, a business centre with 7 fully equipped meeting rooms and a private parking area.
