The property can be easily reached via the Grande Raccordo Anulare ring-road, connected to all the main incoming highways. From the Raccordo, take exit 14 and head onto the A24 Tangenziale Est bypass towards Nomentana.

By train
From the Roma Termini Railway Station, take underground line B towards Rebibbia and get off at Bologna, within 100 metres of the property.

By airplane
The Fiumicino Airport is about 30 km from the city-centre and is well connected by highway and express train service.
