Los Rodeos airport is located in the north of the island, at about 12 km/7.4 miles from the hotel (about 10 minutes by bus/car). Take bus line 102 (leaving every 30 minutes), 107 (leaving every 2 hours), or 108 (leaving every 2 hours) to Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
Other options would be getting a taxi or hiring a car. All main car rental companies have offices at the airport. Take the motorway direction Santa Cruz and take exit 3 de Mayo. You will find the hotel half way along the avenue.
From Reina Sofía airport:
Reina Sofía airport is located in the South of the island, about 60 km/37.2 miles from the hotel (about 35 minutes by bus/car). Take bus line 341 to Santa Cruz, leaving every hour.
