Hotel Il Faro enjoys an enviable position in the historical centre of Sorrento, next to the harbour and overlooking the Bay of Naples. Within a few minutes on foot you will reach Piazza Tasso, the main square of city, Santa Maria del Carmine Church and the Cathedral.

The hotel, decorated in a marine style, offers 50 rooms and 3 dining rooms, one for half board guests, one housing the Vela Bianca à la carte restaurant and a small marine-style taverna serving pizza and drinks.

The property is also an ideal starting point for excursions to Capri, Pompeii, Naples and all the wonderful sights and towns along the Amalfi Coast.

By car
From the A3 highway, exit at Castellammare di Stabia and take the SS145 road towards Sorrento. Once in Sorrento, follow signs for centro-piazza Tasso and then for Porto.

By train
From the Sorrento's Circumvesuviana railway station, take a bus or taxi to the port.

By airplane
From Naples' Capodichino airport, take the Curreri shuttle to Sorrento. The bus stops in Piazza Tasso, from there take a bus to the port.
