One of the hotel's strong points is the short distance from the railway station (a 2 minutes' walk) and from the car park of Tronchetto and Piazzale Roma (an 8 minute walk). Consequently all problems for luggage transport are greatly reduced.

Even though it lies close to the city access points, the hotel is already in the heart of Venice. The area is called Cannaregio - a lively, colorful and fascinating town district, which has kept the best of the authentic Venetian characteristics.

The first Ghetto in Europe with its sinagogues, the Madonna dell'Orto church, Riva della Misericordia and the stunning views on the Northern Lagoon, are only a few of the wonders to discover, taking a walk along the canals of this little known, but charming part of the city.
