La Contessina Residence is a quiet haven situated in the historic centre of Florence.

The property features 45 sqm one-room apartments which include a bedroom, kitchen/living area and bathroom. A 24-hour reception desk provides all sorts of tourist information.

Managed by the property's events department, well-appointed meeting space with video projector and audio system for up to 75 persons is available on-site.

如何前往酒店

By car
To reach La Contessina Residence from any motorway exit follow directions toward the city-centre and railway station (Firenze Centro-stazione Santa Maria Novella). From the station, turn right into Piazza Adua and head straight to via Cennini. At the end of the street, turn right into via Faenza. Residence La Contessina is situated a few metres ahead on the right, at street number 71.

By train
The residence is very close to the Santa Maria Novella railway station. Take via Nazionale and turn left on via Faenza.

By airplane
Florence airport is about 4 km from the residence. Follow the indications to Santa Maria Novella railway station, right next to the residence.

Use of the kitchen is subject to an extra charge of €25,00 per stay.
Children under 2 years stay free of charge; children aged 3 to 6 years pay €15,00 per night/extra bed (includes breakfast).
Internet access is subject to an extra charge: prepaid cards can be purchased at the front desk and cost €5,00 for 24-hour Wi-Fi access, and €5,00 per hour for PC access (Internet Point).
