By airplane
From Orlando International Airport (OIA): Take State Road 528 West (Beachline Expressway) and continue onto the Interstate 4 West (Tampa Exit). Proceed to Exit 68, turn left onto State Road 535 and continue for 2.3 miles/3.68 km. Turn right onto Polynesian Boulevard and continue for 1 mile/1.6 km. You will see the Polynesian Isles resort on the left. Turn left to enter the resort.
From Sanford Airport: Exit onto Red Cleveland/Lake Mary Boulevard and proceed west to the Interstate 4 West. Go onto the Interstate 4 West and follow the above instruction.
