Experience the special flair of residence Avalon Melantrich, situated in the heart of Prague, direct on the famous Wenceslas Square.

You will enjoy the stunning views over this delightful square as well as the ideal location of our truly modern equipped apartments: a 2 minutes on foot from the subway station Mustek, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, concert halls (e.g. the Czech Opera) and theatres (e.g. the world famous Black Theatre).

The apartments are part of the hotel Melantrich Wenceslas Square, a beautiful building of the turn of the century which has been renovated in 2004. In occasion of the crucial events in 1989, some famous politicians like Vaclav Havel used to hold their speech from the balcony of the building.

The residence includes various amenities, such as a fitness center, beauty salon, banqueting service and business center.

The apartments feature a large living room with sleeping area and kitchenette, a second bedroom, a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine and a small hallway.

The bedrooms usually offer two single beds which can be pushed together or separated. The living rooms are equipped with cable TV and hi-fi audio set.

The stylish kitchenettes offer a wide range of amenities, such as a gas cooker with electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle and coffee maker.

Disabled-accesible accommodations are available upon request.
