The residence provides courteous and personalised service that only a careful family managment could guarantee. It has an enviable location in a peaceful, historic quarter just a short distance from the Old Town but away from the chaos of conventional tourist routes.

There is an Internet Point in the reception area which guests are free to use. The reception is open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and during the night there is always someone available in a flat only a few metres from the reception area (on the ground floor).

公寓 － 双人间 The residence offers several types of well-equipped studios and apartments for one to four people.

The studio apartments (measuring 25 to 30 sq.mt.) consist of a single room with cooking area and bathroom with shower and are suitable for one or two people.

The one-bedroom apartments (40 sq.mt.) consist of one bedroom and living room/kitchen and bathroom with bath tub and sleep one or two people.

The two-bedroom apartments (60 sq.mt.) consist of two bedrooms and a living room/kitchen and bathroom with bath tub. Suitable for up to four persons.

Facilities include safety doors, fully equipped cooking areas, heating, satellite TV, hairdryer, baby cot (on request), and alarm-clock.

You can take tram n. 3, 7, 16, 17, 21, and 52 until the Výtoň stop or tram n. 7, 18,24, 53, and 55 until the Albertov stop.
