Being a residence, we don't give any breakfast, but every apartment has a fully furnished kitchen so that the client can easily arrange every meal by himself, besides a big supermarket is only 200mt away.Anyway breakfast can be offered for 2 euro per person per day in a cosy bar accross the residence entrance. The fee should be payed cash to the reception desk. |

| We have a private underground garage available on request which has an extra cost of 13,00 euro per day if you stay less than two weeks, 11,00 euro if you stay 15 days or more up to 29 days, and 7,00 per day if you stay 1 month or more. Around the residence there are no free parks for cars during the daytime (from 8:00 to 19:00), the parking ticket costs 1 euro per hour, only in the night, from 19:00 to 8:00, it's for free. This makes our garage a convenient choice considering the price and the fact that it's safe, private,and indoor. The residence is in the centre and well connected with the heart of the city with many buses that stop just a few meters away. The nearest Metro (Ottaviano San Pietro) is only 10 minutes by foot, and the nearest train station San Pietro also represents an excellent chance to reach Trastevere, Ostiense (blu line of the metro and trains to Ostia Antica), Fiumicino. Besides the central position of the residence easily allow the turist to reach every spot of the city just walking. |
