By car
The property is easily reachable from the A12 highway. Exit at La Spezia and follow the indications to the centre. Take via Carducci and keep on driving to its end, then turn left into Viale Italia and continue for about 1,3 km. Turn right into via Pietro Micca. After 200 metres, turn left and reach piazza Verdi. Then turn right into via Nicolò Tommaseo. Take via Bartolomeo Fazio on your left side.
