Villa Enrica town house suite is situated in a fantastic position, surrounded by a 30.000 sqm beautiful park with a panoramic view over the sea and the centre of Lipari.

Situated on a hill side surrounded by nature in the area of Serra, 1 km from the town centre of Lipari, 600 meters from the Marina Lunga bay and 900 meters from the tourist port. The structure is characterized by the magnificent view and the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It is also situated 300 meters from a public tennis court, 150 meters from a mini-soccer court and 500 meters from the Congress Plaace.

The property offers a large number of facilities, such as panoramic terraces with tables and chairs and a private parking area.

All 15 rooms are fully and comfortably equipped with all main facilities in order to guarantee a pleasant and memorable stay; all offer a spectacular panoramic view from their balcony.

Each accommodation features a private bathroom with bathtub or shower and all come equipped with air-conditioning, telephone, mini fridge, satellite TV, hairdryer and bathroom amenities. Four rooms have private bathroom with bathtub, while two rooms features a jacuzzi.

Some rooms have a kitchen corner.

By Siremar ferry: in the winter departure at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday; in the summer departure at 9 p.m. Monday to Saturday. The arrival time is 9.30 a.m.
By Snav hydrofoil: in June, July, August and September departures at 7 a.m. and 2 p.m. The journey takes 6 hours.

From Reggio Calabria
By Snav hydrofoil: in the winter departure at 1.15 p.m., in the summer departures 5 times a day. The journey takes 1 hour and 15 minutes.

From Palermo
By Snav hydrofoil: in the winter departure at 7 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, arrival at 11.15; in the summer departures at 7 a.m. and 4.45 p.m., arrivals at 11.15 a.m. and 8 p.m.

From Milazzo
By Snav and Siremar hydrofoils, offering daily departures, the journey takes around 1 hour.
