The Reid Flats Apartment has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 15 people. It features 2 full baths, a kitchen with dishwasher, stove, disposal, refrigerator, sink, microwave oven and toaster, and a master double bedroom with queen bed, dresser, mirror, closet and TV. The second bedroom sleeps 2-3 people and contains a twin-over-full bunk bed. The third bedroom sleeps 2 people and contains a full size bed and dresser and mirror. The fourth bedroom sleeps 4-6 people and contains 2 twin-over-full bunk beds.

The apartment is equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and heating, radio, satellite/cable TV, stereo system, VCR, DVD player, games and balcony.

This unit can also be split into two, and the center door locked like a hotel suite. If you have 8 people or less, and want to save some money, you can choose to use only half the unit.
